Brownfields Loan Program: Provides financing to potential brownfield site purchasers and current brownfield site owners (including local government redevelopers) that intend to develop commercial (including but not limited to manufacturing), retail, mixed-use developments, expansions, or reuses.  The program offers low-interest financing of $100,000 to $5 million for all aspects of brownfields revitalization projects, including assessment, investigation, and demolition. Projects that provide beneficial end uses that promote environmental resiliency, public health, and community well-being will receive higher scores on the assessment of their applications and may also qualify for interest rate reductions if approved for financing.

Brownfields Impact Fund: Provides low-interest loans and grants, up to $350,000, for public sector, non-profit, and for-profit organizations to assist with cleanup and pre-construction activities on brownfield sites in New Jersey. Eligible uses include remediation activities to clean up hazardous materials and other approved activities. The loans and grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis to completed applications, and cannot be provided to entities responsible for contaminating the property.

Drinking Water State Revolving Fund: Provide low-interest loans to finance the costs of infrastructure needed to achieve or maintain compliance with Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requirements and to protect public health. Financing is available for various construction projects, including water treatment facilities, to address non-compliance with Surface Water Treatment requirements, violations, maximum contaminant levels, and other issues. Eligible entities include publicly or privately owned community water systems and nonprofit non-community water systems in New Jersey. 

New Jersey Water Bank Program: Provides low-cost financing for the design, construction, and implementation of projects that help protect and improve water quality and help ensure safe and adequate drinking water.
